Frequently asked questions

How many times can I pass on my referral code?

As many times as you like. It does not run out: anyone who has not ordered from us before can use it, once each. Every time it is used, your reward coupon grows by $5.

Do I get a coupon or a balance?

A coupon: a single-use code, by email. If another friend orders in the meantime, you do not get a second code; the same coupon becomes $10, then $15… Type it in at checkout, or click the link in the email and it goes into your cart by itself. The whole amount comes off one order.

When do I get my reward?

As soon as your friend has placed and paid for their order, usually within minutes, by email.

Is one game enough for the discount?

Yes. There is no minimum basket: a single deck is enough.

Can it be combined with other discounts?

No. One code per order, and during a sale the sale price applies. Free shipping still applies when your basket reaches the threshold.

What if I use it myself?

An order placed with your own code does not count as a referral, and neither does one from someone who has ordered from us before. The program is about new customers.
